1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between betbed and its users. betbed is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party.

To keep your account secure, you must follow these guidelines:

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Report any suspicious activity to betbed support immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• betbed will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account.

Identity verification may be required to change personal information on your account. Accounts are non-transferable to third parties.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to transactions on betbed:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification. betbed may request the necessary documents for identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy. Deposited funds will only be returned to the payment method from which the deposit was made.

betbed reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction at its discretion, particularly if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

betbed offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are stated in the details of the relevant offer.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus is added to the cash balance.

betbed reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Taking advantage of bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If bonus terms are violated, betbed may forfeit any bonuses and winnings earned.

6 Gaming Policy

All games available on the betbed platform are developed by professional game providers and operate in accordance with fair play principles. betbed ensures that the outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

General gaming rules:

• The rules specific to each game are stated in that game's interface.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, support must be notified immediately.
• betbed reserves the right to void any transaction carried out due to a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, betbed's decision will be considered final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a vulnerability or bug in the software will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbed platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account per person.
• Creating an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, malware or any other harmful technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harass, intimidate or defraud other users.
• Attempting to modify or intrude on betbed's software or systems in any way.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

The betbed platform is provided on an "as is" basis. betbed accepts no liability for the following:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform or technical outages.
• Disruption to games or transactions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by errors on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Account losses resulting from user negligence or breach of security terms.
• Any financial loss incurred by the user as a result of playing games.
